ITRL has recently started a new project about how social robots can accelerate the transition to sustainable transport. KTH has interviewed one of the co-PI's in this project, Gabriel Skantze, about the idea behind the project and the challenges that we face.
At ITRL research is currently ongoing about how social robots could accelerate the transition to sustainable transport. While one might have thought previously that human-like machines were just for science fiction movies, in the near future social robots could be found in everyday situations, such as during a ride on the bus!
