The presentation is focused on what companies working with logistics can do in order to improve their environmental impact – the area is known as green logistics. In the area there are both opportunities and challenges and during the seminar some of these will be presented based upon current research.

Maria Huge-Brodin is a professor in environmental logistics at Linköping University. She does research on how companies can work with environmental improvements related to logistics and supply chains, teaches in strategical logistical development and also works with developing new educational programs.

The seminar is arranged by Integrated Transport Research Lab.
