Anna Pernestål at Transportekonomi's yearly seminar

Anna Pernestål discussed the system level effects of driverless vehicles at Transportekonomi's  yearly seminar in Stockholm on the 15th of November. The talk was based on the results from a study of 26 research articles presenting different simulation articles. One main conclusion is that total vehicle kilometers traveled is expected to increase. The study was performed together with Ida Kristoffersson at VTI, and a paper describing the results will is accepted for publication in European Journal of Transport and Infrastructure Research (EJTIR), and will appear in Issue 19 (1).
